The “Women-Be-Alert” Safety Course is specifically designed for women who want to develop the necessary attitude, skills, and knowledge to help prevent them from becoming a victim in our quickly-changing world.

This exciting Krav Maga Defense Course is 8 hours in length with a lunch and other breaks throughout the day.  This training will be in the classroom and will cover basic methods and technique to prevent you from becoming a victim.  Basic, simple-to-learn-repeatable, and duplicatable techniques are just what women want.  Learn from a male attacker's point of view.  Find out what works and how effective it can be.
